You have waited years for this call. Learn every step of Umrah before you travel, so every moment at the Haram is spent in worship, not worry.
Before you go
Which way do I start? Did I count the rounds correctly? Am I breaking a rule of ihram?
Umrah Tarbiyat is Alfursan's training program that answers these questions before you leave Pakistan. In calm, small sessions, we walk you through every step, so when you finally see the Kaaba, your heart is free to simply be there.
“What if I do tawaf wrong?”
We practice step by step with a model, until it feels familiar.
“I don't know Arabic duas.”
We teach short duas with simple transliteration and meaning, and you can also pray from your heart.
“What if I get lost in the crowd?”
We teach a simple group and safety plan, so you know exactly what to do.
“I'm traveling with my elderly parents.”
We guide families together and plan extra support for elderly pilgrims.
“I'm afraid of breaking a rule of ihram.”
We cover the rules in plain language, with real examples.
The journey
Put on ihram before crossing the miqat, make your intention for Umrah, and begin the talbiyah.
Seven rounds around the Kaaba, keeping it on your left, starting and ending at the line of the Black Stone, in a state of wudu.
Pray two rak'ah after tawaf, ideally behind Maqam Ibrahim if possible, or anywhere in the Haram, then drink Zamzam.
Seven laps between Safa and Marwa, starting at Safa and finishing at Marwa. Walk at your own pace.
Men shave or trim the hair. Women trim a fingertip's length. Your Umrah is complete and you leave ihram.
The talbiyah
Labbaik Allahumma labbaik, labbaika la sharika laka labbaik, innal hamda wan-ni'mata laka wal mulk, la sharika lak.
These are the core acts. Details can differ slightly between schools of thought, and our scholar will explain them in the sessions.
