Check-List for Booking
To ensure a smooth booking process, please provide the following documents and details:
- Pakistani Passport – The passport must be valid until at least 21st December 2025.
- Computerized Smart Card or CNIC – A valid national identity document is required.
- Covid-19 Certificate – Proof of Covid-19 vaccination or relevant certificate must be submitted.
- Photographs – Four recent blue background passport-sized photos (3×4 cm).
- Blood Group Information – Required for medical and emergency purposes.
- Emergency Contact Number – Provide a contact number of a friend or relative for urgent communication.
Payment Policy
Please take note of the following payment policies before proceeding with your booking:
- Package Rates – All package rates are quoted in Saudi Riyal (SAR) per person and are strictly non-negotiable and non-commissionable.
- Advance Payment – A minimum of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment – The remaining balance must be paid on or before 28th February 2025.
- Currency & Exchange Rate – All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), and the rate of exchange (ROE) will be applied as per the date of payment.
- Non-Refundable Policy – Once the package is booked, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
